We complete a multi-point inspection with photographs of affected panels, paint, trim and lights, recording the visible damage and adjacent areas before defining the repair scope.

Diagnosis
OEM-level computerised diagnostics complement the physical assessment where relevant, using ISTA, XENTRY, ODIS or PIWIS for supported marques to investigate system concerns associated with the damage.

You receive a fixed quotation in writing with photo and video evidence, explaining proposed panel work, refinishing and associated restoration before any work begins.
